FEES

Please contact us for fee information on our program. Payment is accepted by major credit card or certified funds prior to admission. We do not accept insurance payment, but will be happy to assist you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance carrier. You are charged for the day you arrive, but not the day you depart.

ADDITIONAL FEES

A medical detox is provided off site. The cost of detox is not included in our program fee and varies depending on the need.

 In the later days of your stay, 7W Lodge has contracted with Due West Aviation, LLC to provide you with an unforgettable, flight training experience. With staff approval, you may wish to enjoy additional flights. Several other activities such as rafting, golfing  and skiing may also incur additional charges.

Additional services that you might require, or request, are not included in the program fee.  (i.e., dental, medical, personal grooming, massages, etc.)

It is our pleasure to provide you, at no additional cost, the local ground transportation that you might need during your stay.

REFUND POLICY 

Refunds are based on a prorated basis with a seven-day minimum charge. Refunds are for credit only. The credit will be applied to your account and is available for future treatment cost at the 7W Lodge only.

GRATUITIES

While the thought is appreciated, our staff is prohibited from accepting gratuities of any kind.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

We treat adults ages 18 and over. You must be medically and psychiatrically stable. You must also be physically able to participate in the activities we offer. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of any individual for participation in the program at the 7W Lodge.
